ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect purchase, preference, dissatisfaction or buyer’s remorse. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. All claims for lost or damaged packages should be directed to the shipping carrier.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery by emailing [Your Email Address]. Please include:

- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we may offer a replacement of the same item. We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective claims. Claims submitted after the 3-day window may not be eligible.
